You will by now have received your rating revaluation from the VOA.
It is important that you check the assumptions and information on which the VOA bases its calculation of Rateable Value. This is to be found in the letter which you will have received in October. Correct any errors that there may be before your new rates bill is raised. Contact your professional advisor if you wish to challenge your 2010 Rateable Value.
